We are happy to announce that Dr. Robert Goodrich, OD PC is now Mountain Valley Vision Center. Dr. Robert Goodrich has practiced optometry for 35 years in the Black Hills and has now retired to take some personal time. Doctors David and Jessica Czerny are pleased to take over his practice, and hope to uphold Dr. Goodrich's high standard of care. Both David and Jessica are from the Black Hills originally (Jessica from Spearfish and David from Sturgis) and are thrilled to be able to come back to the area to practice.
David and Jessica both graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry with high distinction, with Jessica being the Valedictorian. David enjoys primary care optometry, and also has a special interest in specialty contact lenses as well as ocular disease management. Jessica also enjoys primary care optometry, and also has a special interest in pediatrics and vision therapy of all types including behavioral disorder associations with eye problems. Despite our new name we are very much the same practice that Dr. Goodrich had and you will see all the same familiar faces (Lori) and products that you are used to with some of the newest advances in ophthalmic care added in.
